It is recommended that all players go through the verification process. Verifying your identity will help avoid several issues in the future. For example, if a user requests to withdraw a large amount, the administration may begin additional checks. Therefore, completing the verification process in advance can significantly reduce the time spent on resolving such matters.
Additionally, players who have not completed the verification procedure will not be eligible for a birthday bonus.
To confirm your details, go to your profile and click on the “Verification” section. A window will open with three widgets where you need to upload specific documents.
Let’s look at each step individually:
- Identity Verification: In this section, you need to upload photographs of a document that confirms your personal information, such as a passport, driver’s license, or ID card. The images should clearly show your full name, photo, date of birth, etc.
- Selfie: You need to take a selfie holding the document used in the first step. The photo should clearly display your face and all the document details.
- Payment Method Verification: In this section, you need to upload a photo of your bank card, a screenshot from your online banking, or a bank statement. This step depends on the payment system you used for deposits.
Once the images are uploaded, they will be sent to the support team for verification. Usually, the process takes no more than a day. If there are no issues with the documents, the verification will be approved.
If a player is suspected of fraud, the administration may request a re-verification process. During this, the player will be asked to send photos of specific documents, or even participate in a video call.
