To protect your account and avoid potential issues, players are advised to complete the verification process and confirm their identity. To begin, click on the side menu and select the “Profile” option. In the window that opens, there will be a “Verification” section.
The administration may require players to verify their account if they request a large withdrawal or are suspected of fraudulent activity. Additionally, players who haven’t completed verification cannot receive birthday bonuses.
The identity verification process consists of three stages:
Identity Confirmation.
In this step, you need to upload images of your passport, ID card, driver’s license, or another document containing personal information such as full name, date and place of birth, photo, etc.
Selfie.
The user must take a selfie with the document. This step confirms that the data being submitted belongs to the user and not someone else.
Payment Verification.
This step is optional but required to enable withdrawals. Players must confirm the payment method they intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. To do this, they need to upload photos of their bank card, bank statement, etc.
All submitted images must be clear. It’s essential that all text is legible, and the photo on the document is clearly visible.
After submitting the verification application, a support specialist will review the images and check for compliance. If everything is in order, the verification will be approved. Otherwise, the application will be rejected, and the user will be asked to provide new photos.
The administration also reserves the right to conduct additional verification. During this process, players may be asked to submit additional documents and data. A video call may also be required.
